「第八屆全球華語大學生影視獎」參選作品邀請函
近年來，華語影視創作所取得的成績有目共睹。自2002年起，由香港浸會大學倡導，先後與北京電影學院及上海交通大學聯合主辦了第一、二屆華語大學生電影節。香港浸會大學於2005年開始於香港舉辦大中華地區大學生影視作品獎，旨在鼓勵大學生發揮原創精神及促進大中華地區影視教學的交流。該影視作品獎被譽為「華語學屆奥斯卡」，更是全球華語影視大學生一年一度的盛事。2009年四月，第七屆影視獎參與大學超過 50 間，競選作品超過 110 部，被邀前來參加的師生超過 100 位。
2010年，我們將會舉辦「第八屆全球華語大學生影視獎」。我們誠邀貴校派出作品參加比賽，並選派一位代表出席這一年一度的電影節盛會。是次全球華語大學生影視獎是一次跨地域、跨文化的盛大交流聚會，望貴校能踴躍參加。有您們的支持及參與，本校感到萬分榮幸，並希望於往後的日子有更多合作的機會。煩請貴院/系填妥附件一報名表格 (每份作品一份報名表格)，連同作品一併寄給我們。

三、 評選制度、章程
評委會的組成：
1. 初評委員會：由主辦單位組織並評選出各獎項提名作品名單
2. 終審委員會：由主辦單位邀請世界著名電影界人仕及國際電影學院代表教授組成評審會，人數由主辦單位決定。
四、 參展作品要求 (請細心閱讀)
- 語言：不限，但須配以中文及英文字幕
- 長度：不超過30分鐘
- 參展作品格式： 35mm， 16mm，Beta SP，或DV
- 類別 : 共分為四個類別 (劇情片、紀錄片、實驗片及動畫片) ; 每所學校每一類別只可選派一部作品參賽
- 作品遞交截止日期： 二零一零年一月十六日 (以郵戳日期為準)
五、 會議日程安排

請貴校/院/系推薦相關專業作品參賽或相關的同學來港參加這一次活動，學生代表名額只限一名。主辦單位將津貼部份交通費用以及提供代表在香港的住宿。敬請貴院校盡快填妥附件二的「代表學生登記表格」並於 二零一零年一月十六日或之前傳真、電郵或郵寄(以郵戳日期為準)給我們，我們將另發邀請函給該代表。

1. 任何申請如未能符合本屆影視獎所列條款及細則，主辦機構均有權拒絕接受。
2. 最終得獎名單，以評審委員公佈為準。
3. 主辦機構有權修改任何詳情、條則或其他與本屆影視獎相關的一切。
4. 申請表內所填寫的個人資料只用於本影視獎。
5. 如出現任何爭議，主辦機構對有關作品的參賽資格或頒發的獎項保留撤消或收回之權利。主辦機構對有關是項比賽的一切決定保留最終決策權。
1. All entries submitted must be original. The entrant must abide by terms and conditions set by the Organizer.
2. All decisions made by the judging panel are final, which the entrant must accept.
3. The organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the Festival.
4. Personal data provided in the entry form. will be used for processes related to the Festival only.
5. In the event of any disputes, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to disqualify any entry and/or retract any award from the entrant. All decisions made by the Organizing Committee are final and binding in all aspects relating to the Festival.
